Sensational breakfast, easy location near to important landmarks. Bright and tidy rooms with good bathroom f, top-notch services.

It was surely a fine stay on holidays. The hotel was big with a good location just next door to at the retail park and Cutty Sark. The hotels' team was helpful.

breakfast is very monotonous: no cheese, no sausage, little bit unloving, uninteresting during a longer stay; the empty tables are cleared too late. you sit down on a place where there are still dishes and table is not cleaned; in the room for families with children, who are already bigger (10, 12) the sofa is not to recommend; mattress too thin, you can feel metal springs; 2nd lift did not work for 3 days; long waiting and generally the lift with the card has dropouts. Hotel is surrounded by a busy roundabout, car noise is always audible and accessibility on foot is also a bit of a hassle from the bus

Very pricey for quite basic accomodation; would not want to stay again! The staff were not welcoming and standard of cleaniness in our room was not good.

Had a lovely family room with a great view of the O2.

There were four of us (two adults, two children) in the hotel because it is close to the O2 arena. 15 minutes on foot. To City from O2 with Jubilee Line in 10min to London Bridge (Borough market, close to globe theater). Also close to O2 North Greenwich boat dock for themed tours. We recommend. Room facilities with double bed, small sofa bed, bathroom, kettle, TV and ironing board was ok for us for one night. It would have been cramped for longer without a closet. WiFi was free and worked well. Dinner was mediocre, but ok. Breakfast was only mediocre (e.g. powdered scrambled eggs, but otherwise also warm, cold, salty and sweet offerings. OK for London price ratio. Without the O2 show we would have slept in the city.

From breakfast we expected better coffee and more choice (plus fresh scrambled eggs)

I loved the convenient walk to the O2 for my concert, and the buffet breakfast offered a nice variety to start my day right.

The location is right next to the 02. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were great. The standard twin room was clean, and I loved the clever bathroom door design that allowed for privacy while getting ready. It's in a good location, a short walk from key attractions. Breakfast was fantastic and included!

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the breakfast arrangements were really good. The location was just right for us.

On arrival at reception one member of staff was bordering on rude and unhelpful which did not give a very good first impression.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy, turned it off & still it made noises!

We stayed at the holiday inn express as we where going to the O2 for the olympics games its great for comfort and value for money. It is a great location only 20 minute walk away to the underground and bus services
